Project Scheduling
Generate a critical path schedule as needed:

  • Client Expectation
  • Construction schedules
  • Manufacturing lead-times
  • Incorporate job site conditions
  • Trade involvement i.e. data, communication and electrical

Product Expediting

  • Monitor and expedite production schedules
  • Align multiple vendors to deliver simultaneously
  • Generate weekly order status  reports

Change Order Management
Process all change orders advised  by the client or designer due to:

  • Field changes
  • Layout revisions
  • Order modifications

Pre-Installation Planning

  • Schedule loading docks and  elevators in accordance to  delivery dates
  • Finalize crew deployment
  • Secure building protective  material
  • Conduct a pre-installation punch list
  • Coordinate  job site security

Job Initiation and Progress Visits
A Project Manager makes intermittent visits for:

  • Project initiation
  • Verify that work is proceeding according to documented drawings
  • Evaluate the general progress & Quality Control

Final Inspection

  • A Project Manager  together with the  client shall conduct a final inspection of installed products for the client’s approval
  • Upon client’s  approval that a phase of the project is complete, a certificate of completion/ sign off for such items shall be issued for written acceptance

Post Installation Audit
A detailed report will be created to  include:

  • Products delivered
  • Exception / Punch items
  • Detail any backorders or other open items
  • Workstation orientation/adjustments
  • Ergonomic consultation
  • Chair adjustments
